When you are pregnant, your OBGYN is your go-to person, although I have to admit, when I was pregnant, my friends who had already children were also my go-to persons.  Anyway, no question is too small, too crazy or embarrassing for your doctor so just ask away.

Here are 6 important and basic  issues to discuss with your doctor when you are pregnant:

  1. healthy eating for two
  2. weight gain
  3. tummy troubles, i.e., morning sickness, etc.
  4. over-the-counter medication
  5. fitness and exercise: prenatal or continue with your routine
  6. childbirth option: natural or epidural

Pregnancy is a beautiful stage in a woman’s life, a gift and an exciting time, do take care of yourself and taking risks is not worth it!
