I am originally from Peru, born to a Colombian mother and Peruvian father, lived in many countries in Latin America, the US and France, but live in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, in Vienna, VA.
My real job in life is raising my 3 kids and having a nice, healthy and active family life. Along the way, I realized that motherhood didn’t come with a manual and frequently asked questions so I had to learn my way through with the help and advice of other mothers and that is how I decided to start a blog about tips for busy moms, The Moms Buzz, only the buzz that matters. Modern moms are busy busy, and whatever tips make our lives easier we are ready to try them, we don’t have the time to read and read lengthy advices, but we can certainly read 1-2-3-SOLVED.
Especially, in the US, moms are special, trying to fulfill professional goals, personal goals and family goals while dealing with our pesky hormones and resolving logistical challenges to chauffeur our kids around town, exactly, we are truly natural jugglers, and a helping hand is always welcome in whatever form or shape it presents itself; in this case, a blog of tips!
The Moms Buzz is a bilingual blog in which you will find posts in English only, in Spanish only or bilingual posts.
I do have a profession which is photography (this is my second profession post-motherhood). I do most types of photography, but what I like doing mostly is fashion and runway. I have been a press photographer at NYFW, LIFWEEK (Peru), MBFW Swim (Miami), and it is something I really enjoy doing. Being a runway/fashion photographer led me to launch another site, a blogazine of fashion, beauty and style called Moda Preview International, which I also enjoy managing. I invite you to visit it and subscribe to it as it will bring out your fashionista spirit in you.
My inspiration has always been my 3 children, my pillars my husband who has supported unconditionally in all my entrepreneurial adventures, and my spiritual rock has been my mother who has inspired me to be strong, energetic, driven and stand back up every time I fall as she has always done it herself.
I invite you to follow this lifestyle site about tips for busy women and moms, and if you are latina, you will enjoy it even more. Anything that touches the household a woman and mom, I like to cover it.
Thanks for your support and loyalty!
