Back to school time is a bittersweet feeling for moms.  For starters, we are ready to give back our kids to the school educational system so that they can grow and spend their time in a more constructive way, get the family into a more structured routine, and have more adult time for ourselves, but at the same time, we will miss to have them around all the time. Well, it is part of life and their right to grow.  However, back to school it is also a very demanding time for the parents because it requires  to be well organized from A to Z.

One of the ways I organize myself is putting together a predefined meal menu for breakfast and snack time.  For dinner, I tend to improvise more meaning I do not have a predefined menu per day. I decide what to cook for dinner that same day.  As I was preparing my snack menu, I did some searching on Internet and found these 14 “smart” healthy after school snacks that I want to share with you.

I called them smart because they have few ingredients and are super easy to prepare.  Let take a look at them.

La época de regreso a la escuela es un sentimiento agridulce para las mamás. Para empezar, estamos dispuestas entregar a nuestros niños al sistema educativo de la escuela, para que puedan crecer y pasar su tiempo de una manera más constructiva, tener a la familia en una rutina más estructurada, y tener más tiempo de adultos para nosotras mismas, pero al mismo tiempo, no los tendremos alrededor todo el tiempo y nos harán falta. Bueno, es parte de la vida y es además su derecho de crecer.  A pesar de esto, el regreso a la escuela sobretodo para los padres es una época exigente pues require de una buena organización, de la A a la Z.

Una de las maneras en yo me organizo es elaborar un menú de comida predefinido para el desayuno y la merienda. Para la cena, tiendo a improvisar  lo que significa que no tengo un menú predefinido por día. Yo decido qué cocinar para la cena el mismo día.  Hace unos días mientras preparaba mi menú de aperitivos, hice algunas búsquedas en Internet y encontré estos 14 “inteligentes” y sanos bocadillos para la merienda después del colegio que quiero compartir con ustedes.

Los llamo inteligentes porque tienen pocos ingredientes y son súper fáciles de preparar. Vamos a echar un vistazo a ellos.
